Hi there - here’s a bit about me and the company!
I was a vegetarian stuck in meat-filled Germany, eating nothing but pretzels and drinking Coca-Cola Light. Upon returning to Columbus, I craved Bavarian pretzels and could find nothing to fill its place.
After many Sunday afternoon baking sessions, I settled on a few unique recipes reminiscent of my travels. Today, I am running brēzel, a company which specializes in hand-rolled Bavarian-style pretzels – the perfect treat to fill bellies and warm souls.
Brittany, a resident of Columbus since 2000, loves to cook, travel and read books (when she has the time). When she's not rolling pretzels, she's usually sitting at her computer working on a design project or she's at a Blue Jackets game. Brittany resides in German Village with her husband and two dogs.
